Terms and conditions

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited, excepted on designated areas.
  • Smoking weed or other drugs is strictly prohibited in all the condo.
  • Fitness center and swimming pool are open only from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
  • Electricity cost: 6 THB/kWh.
  • Water cost: 50 THB/mĀ³.
  • Pets (dog, cat, bird, ...) are prohibited.
  • Should be quiet between 9:00pm to 7:00am (No parties or events)

Cleaning

Cleaning is billed 500 THB each week. You can reduce cleaning to once every 2 weeks.

Notice when leaving we attends the villa is cleaned and dishes are cleaned. If not we will deduct 1400 THB for emergency cleaning and tidying.Ā
